SHIPPING POLICY

🚚 A.R.E.S Shipping Policy

Shipping Regions: Domestic U.S. and select international destinations

Processing Time: 1 - 3 business days after order confirmation

1.  Build/Lead Times

Orders typically ship within 7 - 10 business days after payment confirmation. Certain builds may require additional lead time, & shall be communicated at order confirmation.

2. Delivery & Risk of Loss

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon carrier hand‑off

  • A.R.E.S. is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control

  • Signature confirmation may be required for high‑value shipments

3. Shipping Damage Claims

  • Must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery

  • Original packaging and product must be retained for inspection

  • A.R.E.S will coordinate replacement or repair

Delivery Options

  • Standard Ground: 3 - 5 business days

  • Expedited: 1 - 3 business days

  • International: Varies by region; duties/taxes may apply

Tracking & Confirmation

  • Tracking number provided via email once shipped

  • Signature may be required for high-value orders
